Information we collect

We confidently receive and store information you knowingly provide to us when you fill our online forms, sign up to use Flowrite, or interact with Flowrite on other channels and platforms. What type of information do we collect?

Email

Upon joining the waitlist or requesting access to Flowrite, we collect your email in order to notify you when you become eligible to use the service. We may also send you progress updates and/or newsletters from which you can opt-out of at any time.

Registration information

After joining the waitlist or when registering to use Flowrite, we may ask you to provide further information beyond email – for example, your name and your current role in your workplace. We may also ask about your current usage of other similar tools and other general questions that will help us to personalize your experience and improve our service.

Feedback

After having used Flowrite, we may ask you to provide feedback about your experience. We may ask, for example, about the things you liked and disliked about Flowrite, and whether you would recommend it to others. Your feedback will be stored securely and removed when no longer needed.

Storing and deleting data
